Terms of sale
Purpose
These terms govern the sale of photographic prints on this site by Anthony Froidevaux. Any order implies their full acceptance.
Products and editions
Prints are limited-edition works, 30 copies per image across all sizes, numbered and signed, with a certificate of authenticity. On-screen colours may differ slightly from the final print.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros, taxes included, excluding shipping costs shown before confirmation. Payment is made securely online through Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The order is final upon payment confirmation.
Production and delivery
Each print is made to order. Shipping within 7 to 10 working days in mainland France (longer indicative times internationally), in reinforced packaging with tracking. In case of damage on delivery, note reservations with the carrier and contact me within 48 hours with photos.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw; return shipping is at your expense and the print must come back in perfect condition in its original packaging. Refund within 14 days of receiving the return.
Intellectual property
The sale of a print transfers no copyright: reproduction, distribution or commercial use of the image remain prohibited without written agreement.

For any question or claim: contact@anthonyfroidevaux.com. Failing an amicable resolution, disputes fall under French jurisdiction; free consumer mediation is available.
